Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Teen Patti Master (“Teen Patti Master”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and govern your use of this website (the “Website”) and the Teen Patti Master app (the “App”), together the “Services”.

By accessing the Website, downloading the App or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Additional rules shown inside the App for specific games or promotions also form part of these Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You may use real-money features only where they are permitted by the laws that apply to you. Laws differ between Indian states and between countries, and you are responsible for checking and following them.

Our Services

The Website provides information about Teen Patti Master and a link to download the official Android App. The App offers Teen Patti and other card and casual games, some of which may involve real money. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any game, feature or promotion at any time, and we do not guarantee that any particular game will always be available.

Your Account

• Provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your login details, OTPs and devices secure. Never share them with anyone, including people claiming to be our staff.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Downloading and Using the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download the official App from our Website and use it for your own non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Distribute, sell, rent or publish the App or any part of it.
• Use modified (“mod”), hacked or unofficial versions of the App.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

• Use only payment methods that belong to you and are held in your own name.
• Deposits are credited after the payment is confirmed by our payment partners.

• Processing times depend on the payment method, verification status and our partners' systems.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses, including welcome offers of up to ₹8,000, are subject to the specific terms shown with each offer, which may include usage conditions, wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry dates. Unless stated otherwise, each offer is limited to one per person, account, device and payment method. If we find promotional abuse — such as multiple accounts or coordinated play — we may cancel the bonus and any related winnings. We may change or withdraw a promotion at any time.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

To keep every table fair, you must not:

• Collude with other players or share card information during a game.

If we reasonably believe you have broken these rules, we may void affected games, withhold related winnings and suspend or close your account, in addition to any other remedy available by law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or unlawful activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Services and ask us to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be handled in line with these Terms and applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last changed, and significant changes will be announced on the Website or in the App. By continuing to use the Services after an update, you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
