This Privacy Policy explains how Teen Patti Master (“Teen Patti Master”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit this website (the “Website”), download the Teen Patti Master app (the “App”), or contact us.

By using the Website or the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If the App shows its own in-app privacy notice, that notice also applies to how the App handles your information. Please read this policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Contact details and messages: your name, email address, registered mobile number, the topic you choose and the content of messages you send us.
• Account information: when you register in the App, your mobile number, profile name and login details.
• Verification information: identity (KYC) and age verification details where these are required before withdrawals or by law.
• Payment information: details needed to process deposits and withdrawals, such as UPI or bank account details, and your transaction history. Card and UPI credentials are handled by our payment partners.

Information collected automatically

• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit.
• Approximate location: a general location derived from your IP address, used for security and to respect local restrictions.
• App usage data: gameplay, session and error information that helps us keep games fair and fix problems.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Our fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. If we introduce analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy first.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary:

• Service providers who help us operate — such as hosting, payment processing, identity verification and customer support — and who must protect your information and use it only on our instructions.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Website contains links and share buttons for services such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and YouTube. These services only receive information from you when you click them, and their own privacy policies apply. Payment partners process payment information under their own terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, while your account is active, for as long as needed to resolve a support request, and for any longer period required for legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards — including access controls, secure infrastructure and encrypted connections — to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please help protect your account: never share your OTP, password or UPI PIN, and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Correct, complete or update inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw consent you have given us.

Age Restriction

The Website and App are intended only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
